A 15,000-square-foot office on Bluebonnet Boulevard, near BREC’s nature center, has been sold for $2.2 million to Florida-based investors.

Dr. Cristobal Mandry was looking to reduce his real estate holdings, says broker Matthew Shirley, with Saurage Rotenburg Commercial Real Estate, and sold the property through Cris Mandry Properties LLC to First Bluebonnet LLC, whose officer is listed by the Secretary of State as J. Brian Oliver, an LSU alumnus and CEO of United Networks of America.

Shirley represented the seller with Jack Herrington, also of Saurage Rotenburg, while the buyer was represented by David and John Trusty, of Trusty Commercial Property.

The building is fully leased, according to Shirley, and is occupied by Mandry’s medical staffing and records business C&M Medical Services, a charter school and an engineering firm.
