Business Report’s Women’s Leadership Symposium is a morning professional-development program held alongside the annual Influential Women in Business luncheon—creating a full day of leadership, connection and recognition.
The symposium brings professional women together for candid conversation about building careers, leading people and thriving through change. Nationally and regionally recognized speakers, panels and networking draw accomplished women from business, entrepreneurship, nonprofits and government. Rather than a single definition of success, conversations explore the real choices, setbacks and pivots that shape careers—and give attendees ideas they can apply to their own.
Designed for women at every stage, each year brings a new theme addressing leadership, career growth, culture, adaptability and the issues shaping how women work and lead.
