We’re looking for business and professional leaders who have achieved success before age 40 and demonstrated leadership, initiative and dedication in pursuing their careers and serving their communities.

Selection is based in part on input from a confidential panel of more than 50 community leaders, with the goal of creating a diverse class representing the breadth of the Capital Region’s professional community.
