DSLD Homes purchased 51 lots in the Hunter’s Trace residential subdivision off Burbank Drive from developers Ross Bruce and Brian Dantin for $2.55 million.
Last year, DSLD bought the first 90 lots of Hunter’s Trace to build three- and four-bedroom single-family homes spanning 1,613 to 2,397 square feet. The homebuilders bought an additional 120 lots in July. The 51 lots purchased this week mostly run along Shadow Bluff Drive, Rustic Pine Drive and Willow Drive in the subdivision, which has 20 different floor plans.
Homes range in price from $210,900 to $270,900.
According to sales documents, the deal was filed Friday morning. Hunters Trace LLC, managed by Bruce and Dantin, was listed as the seller.
