Thursday — A lunch discussion on crime in the community, sponsored by the League of Women Voters of Baton Rouge, will be held at 11:30 p.m. at Drusilla Place. Saturday — Jeffrey Marx, a Pulitzer Prize–winning author and Baton Rouge native, will interview Olympic champion Carl Lewis from 7-9 p.m. in the Manship Theatre. This is the first interview in a new series Marx is launching. Proceeds will benefit the Wendy Marx Foundation for Organ Donor Awareness and the Louisiana Organ Procurement Agency. Tickets are $100.
