Tom Cook: Greenwell Springs Road site sells

Tuesday, February 9, 2010

Large raw land sales have been slow in taking place in recent months. On Wednesday, an 18.59-acre site on Greenwell Springs Road was purchased. The seller was King's Harvest Church of Denham Springs, and the parcel sold for $425,000, or about $23,000 per acre. J. Herman Rogillio with Magnolia Realty represented the seller. Treshur Jones with Coldwell Banker of Denham Springs represented the purchaser. The property is located on the west side of Greenwell Springs Road about one mile north of Wax Road. The purchaser did not reveal plans for the property.
