John C. Gautreau II and Crissie Head were named partners in New Orleans-based LaPorte Sehrt Romig Hand CPAs. The two were former principals and founders of The Gautreau Group of Baton Rouge, which merged with LaPorte Sehrt Romig Hand on Oct. 1. Gautreau and Head will lead the Baton Rouge office on Bluebonnet Boulevard.
Communications and Media
Brad Watts joined public relations, public affairs and lobbying firm Impact Management Group Inc. as the company’s fifth partner. Watts previously worked for Lamar Advertising and lobbied on behalf of the Alternative Dispute Resolution industry.
Financial and Insurance
Wanda Daigle was promoted to senior vice president and commercial loan officer at American Gateway Bank. Daigle has been with the bank for 29 years. She serves at the Brusly branch in West Baton Rouge Parish.
Government
Joseph V. Gendron was named director of government relations for the Louisiana Bankers Association. Prior to his appointment, he was staff attorney for the Louisiana Legislature on the House Commerce Committee.
Industry
Ronnie Rabalais joined SJB Group construction services department as senior project manager. Rabalais will supplement the construction time analysis services for statewide road construction projects and comprehensive owner’s representation services for both public- and private-sector clients.
Real Estate
Benjamin Stalter was appointed vice president of commercial real estate and partner at Maestri-Murrell. Stalter started in commercial real estate at Stirling Properties and later joined Prudential Gardner Realtors. He has served as a member of the Baton Rouge Board of Realtors’ commercial investment division for the past three years and serves on the board of directors as president-elect.
Ellis McKnight joined Sealy & Falgoust Real Estate as a Realtor specializing in commercial brokerage in sales and leasing. McKnight is an LSU graduate.
Retail and Local Business
Jeffrey Dunbar joined Stanford Group Company as a business analyst in the company’s private client group. Dunbar previously served as dean of students and athletic director at Cypress Heights Academy and taught at Jesuit High School in New Orleans. He holds an MBA from LSU.
