Zaxbys, the Athens, Georgia-based restaurant chain known for chicken fingers and wings, closed three Capital Region locations earlier this month, leaving one remaining restaurant in Ascension Parish. The company’s locations on Millerville Road near Target, Main Street in Zachary, and La. 16 in Denham Springs have closed. Signage has been removed from all three properties.
