An office warehouse at 6921 N. Merchant Court has been sold with a high price per square foot. According to Grey Hammett of Sealy & Falgoust Real Estate, who brokered the transaction, the 3,350-square-foot building sold for $401,000, or $119.70 per square foot. The building had a ratio of 60% office and 40% warehouse. The seller was State Bank and Trust and the buyer was LSL Interests. According to Hammett, the new owner’s computer networking company, Innovative Systems & Services Inc., will occupy the building.
