Parish Biscuit Co., a Lafayette breakfast, brunch and lunch concept known for biscuit sandwiches with a Louisiana twist, is preparing to open a Baton Rouge location at 220 W. Lee Drive. Co-owner Steven Laborde tells Daily Report the restaurant does not yet have a firm opening date but is targeting late summer or early fall.
