The RV Shop has purchased nearly 9 additional acres of land at the Greens at Millerville, with plans to move its sales and servicing operation from its current location on Choctaw Drive.
Shop owner Gerald Vince bought the property for $1.4 million through Gerald W. Vince Properties LLC from developer Windy Gladney’s Appropriate Real Estate LLC.
Vince previously purchased 5 acres in the development Interstate 12 with plans to relocate, but as it became clear more space was needed negotiations began with Gladney, says Tyson Vince, RV Shop general manager and Vince’s son.
The original 5-acre tract will be used for RV sales, with the 9 newly purchased acres housing its service operations.
Construction is expected to begin within the next 3 to 6 months, and Tyson Vince says the goal is to complete the project by 2020.
