A ribbon cutting will be held Wednesday morning to mark the opening of the Brightside Lane Green Light Plan project. The $7.1 million project added a turning lane to Brightside from River Road to Nicholson Drive, along with installing sidewalks, a bike lane and a traffic signal at Alvin Dark Avenue. This is the 16th Green Light project that has been completed.
