A 1.45-acre lot at the corner of Jefferson Highway and Bluebonnet Road that was rezoned to accommodate a medical office building has sold for $1.1 million.
B&E Jefferson 1 LLC purchased the property from David Z. Richardson, according to sales documents filed Thursday with the East Baton Rouge Parish Clerk of Court’s office.
Secretary of state records list developer and Weiler Plastic Surgery CEO Bryant Voth as the registered agent for B&E Jefferson 1 LLC and Weiler Plastic Surgery founder Jonathan Weiler as an officer.
Richard Mclellan with Burns & Co. Inc brokered the deal for the seller and David Vercher with Keller Williams brokered the agreement for the buyer.
Voth filed an application with the Planning Commission in February to rezone the property from single-family residential to medical use.
Voth was unable to be reached before this morning’s publication deadline.
