A new 14-lot residential development is being proposed on a roughly 2.7-acre tract along Hooper Road in north Baton Rouge, near the growing Belle Arbor subdivision. Plans filed with the East Baton Rouge Parish Planning Commission show Lordia Lordia’s Grove subdivision would be developed at 8150 Hooper Road, less than a half-mile from DSLD Homes’
