The Capital Area CASA Association is set to build a new office in Beauregard Town. The nearly 8,000 square foot building will open in January at the corner of Louisiana Avenue and Maximillian Street — a block away from CASA’s current office. The new location will provide the organization, which works to place abused children in permanent homes, with more space to train volunteers. Tipton Associates is the architect and Christopher Patin Construction is the builder.
