Real Estate Weekly readers are fairly evenly split on which is the strongest sector of the Baton Rouge real estate market. Thirty percent say the single-family residential market is the healthiest, while 26% say the multi-family market is holding up the best and 23% selected the industrial market. Twelve percent chose the office market and 9% selected retail. Nearly 125 people participated in the survey.
