More than half of the people who responded to a Real Estate Weekly poll say they had trouble selling or buying a home because of a low appraisal. Fifty-four percent of people who participated in the poll say a low appraisal was a problem, while 36% say they haven’t had trouble because of an appraisal, and 10% were unsure. About 100 people participated in the survey.
