Fifty-eight percent of the people who responded to a Daily Report poll say Sonia Sotomayor should not be confirmed to a seat on the U.S. Supreme Court. Thirty-six percent of people who participated in the survey say the Senate should approve the nomination of Sotomayor, who would be the first Hispanic woman on the nation’s highest court.
