Stephanie Day has joined Commercial Properties Realty Trust as director of events for The Center for Coastal and Deltaic Solutions, Business Report details in its most recent Moving Up section.
Located on The Water Campus, the center will house WaterWorking, a shared co-working space, The Water Institute of the Gulf as well as the Estuary Conference and Event Venue at The Water Campus. Day will oversee the co-working operation and book events for the conference center.
She has more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having most recently worked at the Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center.
In other Baton Rouge area employment news, Trey Monsour has been promoted to the position of senior project manager for MAPP. Monsieur has been with MAPP since 2013, initially working in preconstruction.
