Presidential candidate U.S. Rep. Ron Paul is set to give a speech on the LSU campus later this month. Paul, a Texas Republican, is set to speak at the LSU Union at 4:45 p.m. Sept. 23. This is reportedly the first stop Paul will make in a tour of college campuses.
