Pinnacle Equity Group has purchased 12 units in the Oxford Place Condominiums for $1.07 million. Joseph Spiezio III, who heads Pinnacle, says the units at the South Gates of LSU are well located. Spiezio has several projects in the works in Iberville Parish, including selling land for a math, arts and science academy in St. Gabriel.
