North Carolina-based Old Dominion Freight Line is set to begin construction of its new Baton Rouge service center in an area experiencing a resurgence in the market’s warehouse and logistics sectors. Permit records show a new building permit was issued for the 40-door cross-dock warehouse facility project at 8601 Tom Drive near North Airway Drive.
