A garden-style office condominium at 4021 WE Heck Court, Unit K, which is located in the Market Place Office Park just off Coursey Boulevard, has a new owner.
Professional Insurance Agents of Louisiana Inc., represented by Jody M. Boudreaux, bought the 2,600-square-foot condominium, near The Chimes East restaurant, for $387,400. The seller is Coursey Condos LLC, represented by Joel Artenstein. The deal closed Thursday.
Scot Guidry and Chris Pike with Mike Falgoust & Associates represented the seller, and David Vercher with KW Commercial represented the buyer. Guidry says the buyer will be an owner occupant.
“Demand for quality office space for sale or lease in this area of Baton Rouge has been healthy, so the developer will begin construction within the coming months on three new office buildings in this park,” Guidry says in a statement.
