On the move: Louisiana Food Co. says it’s moving its corporate headquarters to a facility that will also house the packing operations for its lines of “Certified” Louisiana specialty food products. The relocation to 17485 Opportunity Drive, Suite E, brings the company’s packing operations into closer proximity with its current distribution channels. Louisiana Food has three lines of “Certified” Louisiana products, including packaged dry foods, sauces and coffee.

Officially open: Gov. Bobby Jindal will be making remarks this afternoon at a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new Renaissance Hotel on Bluebonnet Boulevard. The public event is planned for 11:30 a.m., while an invitation-only grand opening party takes place tonight from 7 to 11 p.m. Louisiana Economic Development Secretary Stephen Moret will also speak at the ribbon cutting. The hotel opened Oct. 10.

Going country: Single-day tickets to Bayou Country Superfest will go on sale Tuesday at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster. The festival will continue to offer two-day packages, with a discount in some sections, but country music fans will also be able to purchase tickets to attend either Saturday, May 26, or Sunday, May 27. Opening night of the festival features Carrie Underwood, Keith Urban, Eric Church, Little Big Town and Jerrod Niemann. The second day features Rascal Flatts, Jason Aldean, Dierks Bentley, Sara Evans and Joe Nichols. For tickets, lineup and additional information, visit the festival website here.
