Plans to retain titles: George Foster Jr., who spent the last 50 years as chairman of the Guaranty Corporation, says he will retire at the end of the year. Foster still plans to hold on to his titles of CEO and chairman. Flynn Foster was elected as president of Guaranty Corporation. Flynn Foster says it is an honor to occupy the same job his father and grandfather held. Guaranty has several subsidiaries, including a life insurance company, local radio stations and senior living.

Pizza milestone: Rotolo’s Pizzeria opened its 20th location today, in Pearl River. Rotolo’s was founded in 1996 and started franchising in 2009; the chain now has locations across south Louisiana, along with restaurants in Orange Beach, Ala., and Mesa, Ariz. Rotolo’s is set to open two more restaurants by the end of the year, on Perkins Road in the Panache Plaza Shopping Center and on Millerville Road, just south of Interstate 12.
