MEP supplier signs lease deal on a 45,000-square-foot industrial facility

Noland Company, a wholesale distributor of mechanical, electrical and plumbing, or MEP, supplies, is relocating to a larger facility to accommodate its continued growth. Noland, a subsidiary of The Winnsupply Family of Companies, has signed a lease for a roughly 45,000-square-foot industrial property on Commerce Avenue near Tom Drive. The company plans to move from
