The Matherne family has sold a tract of land along Siegen Lane to a group operating a specialized therapy clinic on the property. Matherne Family Properties, represented by Brian Matherne, sold the land along the south side of Ward Creek for nearly $1.5 million in a deal filed Thursday afternoon with the Clerk of Court.
