Level Homes has purchased 15 additional lots in Twin Lakes Estates, marking the development of the final phase of the upscale subdivision off Denham Road in Central.
In a deal filed with the East Baton Rouge Parish Clerk of Court on Friday, Level purchased the lots for $930,000 from the Jim E. Clark Family Limited Liability Partnership Number One, represented by managing member Jim E. Clark.
Todd Waguespack, managing partner for Level, says there’s no exact timeline for construction of the final phase of Twin Lake Estates. Level has about 35 lots in Twin Lakes, he says.
Last year, the company purchased 18 lots in the subdivision for slightly more than $1 million.
In a separate deal also filed on Friday, Level purchased a lot at 4199 Memorial Square in Zachary from Americana Development Company LLC for $69,000.
