What would send lawmakers back to Baton Rouge for another session? Take your pick.  The courts could force lawmakers into a special session on redistricting, to redraw Louisiana’s congressional map to accommodate a second Black majority district.  Or maybe Democratic Gov. John Bel Edwards will veto something the conservative-leaning Legislature doesn’t like, thus prompting a veto
