The New Orleans Hornets are stumbling into the NBA playoffs, with the team losing six of their last eight games. Wednesday night’s loss to the San Antonio Spurs was costly, causing the team to drop a spot and end up playing the hot Denver Nuggets. The Nuggets tied a franchise record, winning 54 games this season. One bright spot for the Hornets, Tyson Chandler has returned to the team’s starting lineup. The series tips off in Denver at 9:30 p.m. Sunday and the game will be on TNT. For a Times-Picayune recap of how the Hornets and Nuggets fared when they played each other this season, click here.
