A building on the corner of Old Jefferson and Airline highways was sold for $1.025 million, according to court documents.
Levated LLC, whose officers are listed on the state’s Secretary of State website as Brooke Barnett and Briggs Vince, bought the roughly half-acre property from Wooddrift Properties 1 LLC, whose officer is listed as Danna Babin Bouey.
A car care business previously operated out of the building.

Barnett was unable to be reached for more information before this morning’s deadline. Vince, when reached by phone this morning, declined to give more information. They were represented by Joey Canella, of SVN | Graham, Langlois & Legendre.
