Baton Rouge-based First National Bankers Bank has purchased property adjacent to its corporate headquarters in Jefferson Place Office Park for $950,000.
The property, at 7883 Office Park Blvd., was sold by Louisiana Dental Association Inc., sales documents show. The bank is headquartered at 7813 Office Park Blvd. The office park is located on Jefferson Highway, between Corporate Boulevard and Essen Lane.
Other tenants in the office park include Louisiana Dental Association and the Municipal Employees Retirement System. It has been developed in recent years by dentist and RC Marketing owner Richard Cangelosi.
Representatives with First National Bankers Bank and Louisiana Dental Association could not be reached this morning for further comment on the deal.
