Cangelosi planning office development off Jefferson

Local dentist and RC Marketing owner Richard Cangelosi is planning to build an approximately 3,200-square-foot office development that may consist of one or two buildings in Jefferson Place Office Park. Cangelosi says he will move RC Marketing, which offers dental marketing services and specializes in marketing sedation dental practices, into the space and lease the remaining suites to office tenants. Jefferson Place Office Park is located at 7722 Office Park Blvd., just off Jefferson Highway between Corporate Boulevard and Essen Lane. RC Marketing, which is currently located off of Old Hammond Highway, purchased the 1.1-acre plot at the end of Office Park Boulevard for $380,000 late last week. The property, which backs up to Interstate 12, may be the last vacant lot in the office park, Cangelosi says. Noting that there are a few vacant suites in Jefferson Place Office Park right now, Cangelosi says his development is likely a couple years away from breaking ground. —Rachel Alexander
