We all experienced the effects of Hurricane Isaac, but what was it like to be making the decisions and trying to keep up with the flow of information during the storm for you?
“People will always judge you on how you act during a crisis. I feel confident about making decisions because I have surrounded myself with a great team. I have leaders in place who keep me informed and work with me to identify challenges and develop solutions. I am also extremely proud of the 1,600 Cox Louisiana employees who show that with strength, heart and community we can pull through anything.”
