Cindy Munn leads the Louisiana Health Care Quality Forum, a private, nonprofit group of volunteers representing various aspects of the profession. The organization was formally established in 2007 as part of an effort to address health care needs for Louisiana in the wake of Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Rita. What is the greatest personal or professional obstacle you’ve overcome?

My youngest son almost drowned at age 4. He accidentally fell into a lake and couldn’t swim. His sister went in after him and saved him. It was a miracle! Life is so precious. … Enjoy every moment. Tell your family and friends you love them every day!
