A story published in the May 16, 2014, edition of Daily Report by Stephanie Riegel inaccurately reported that the original lawsuit filed by CDR Properties accused Wayne Stabiler and “the Little Village” of using sledgehammers, saws and wrecking bars to intentionally destroy a bar in a downtown rental location. Stabiler and Little Village have “vehemently” denied such activity. Daily Report regrets the error. The subsequent litigation between Stabiler, Little Village and the Business Report has ended. Business Report Publisher Rolfe McCollister said, “We made an error. We are pleased this issue has been resolved and look forward to working together in the future.”
