The East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office has purchased the flex office property on Industriplex Boulevard near Siegen Lane that houses its property crimes complex. EBRSO acquired the property from Prairieville company Joint Venture Properties LLC for $5.8 million, according to a deal filed Thursday with the East Baton Rouge Clerk of Court’s office.
