Homebuilder DSLD Homes has acquired land to expand one of its communities in Livingston Parish. The company purchased 83 lots from Livingston Parc LLC for $4.6 million, according to a sales agreement filed this week with the Livingston Parish Clerk of Court’s office. Jeffery Purpera, one of DSLD’s partners, represented both parties in the transaction.
