Multiple developers have acquired land for the planned Deer Run subdivision, a large residential development proposed in Denham Springs. Ascension Properties Inc., represented by Chris Ingram, purchased 490 acres from Livingston Holdings, represented by David Rubin, for $5.4 million, according to a transaction filed earlier this month with the Livingston Parish Clerk of Court’s office.
