Officials with The Lakes at Jamestown, a subdivision under construction on Perkins Road, say they have delivered 16 homes and have 22 more under contract. Carlos Alvarez of Alvarez Construction, which is developing and building The Lakes at Jamestown, says in the past week, eight new contracts have been signed for the property. Of the homes in phase one, 40 lots are left. The Lakes is part of the Jamestown at Old Perkins mixed-use development, which will include office and retail space. Construction on the first houses started about five months ago.
