Nicole David has been named director of talent development for the Baton Rouge Area Chamber. David has served as BRAC’s director of events for the past eight years. Under the newly created position, she will handle talent retention and attraction for the Creative Capital Agenda, the agency’s five-year program to attract and retain professionals. David’s responsibilities will include developing corporate talent banks and promoting the region and its job openings. The Creative Capital program was launched earlier this year.
