A 4,600-square-foot penthouse in the Crescent condominium development is on the market for $1.65 million. Brian Dantin of Wampold Companies, which developed the Crescent, says he decided to put the property up for sale. “It was really an investment for me,” says Dantin, who owns a home not far from the Crescent. Dantin had been leasing the penthouse, but he decided to sell it after the lease ran out earlier this week. He’s already shown the unit to one interested buyer. The three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath condo is custom furnished. Along with a view of downtown and Tiger Stadium, the unit features three Jacuzzis, three fireplaces and marble bedroom flooring. “It’s a unique deal,” Dantin says. —Timothy Boone
