CK Office Park at 17170 Perkins Road was bought by Baton Rouge-based Honor Properties LLC for $7 million on Wednesday. Honor Properties’ agent and officer is Scott Brown, CEO of construction company Brown Industries, which currently has offices on Highlandia Drive. Some of Brown Industries’ subsidiaries will start to move into the office park late
