The Boston Celtics are bringing back former LSU star Glen “Big Baby” Davis. The Celtics announced today that they’ve re-signed the power forward to a new deal. ESPN.com says the two-year deal is worth $6 million. Davis reportedly turned down a three-year contract in order to become an unrestricted free agent at the end of the 2010-2011 season. Davis blossomed during his second year in the league, after Kevin Garnett went down with a season-ending knee injury. In the playoffs, he averaged 15.8 points and 5.6 rebounds per game.
