Jane Varret will become the next president and CEO of Campus Federal Credit Union after Dawn Harris retires at the end of the year, credit union officials announced this morning.
Verret has been with Campus Federal for over 20 years and currently serves as chief administrative officer, leading day-to-day operations related to compliance, security, audit and human resources.
“I have the utmost confidence that Jane will continue Campus Federal’s legacy,” says Harris in a prepared statement. Harris took over as CEO in 2013 and announced her retirement in May after 35 years with the company.
Verret, a CPA and graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, is a member of the Louisiana Society of CPA’s and the National Association of Federal Credit Union’s Regulatory Compliance Committee.
“I am excited for the future and will continue to strive to make a difference in our members’ lives,” she says in a prepared statement.
