Plans for a Perkins Rowe location of Camellia Grill have been postponed for the time being, say officials with the New Orleans landmark. The Baton Rouge location was scheduled to open by the end of the year and would have been the mirror image of Camellia Grill on Carrollton Avenue. A Perkins Rowe spokesman referred questions about the restaurant to Jones Lang LaSalle, the Chicago-based company that has taken over rent collection, management and maintenance. Perkins Rowe faces foreclosure after the development failed to make payments on its $170 million loan.
