Thursday — The Foundation for Historical Louisiana will start its celebration of National Historic Preservation month with a program from 6:30-9 p.m. at the Old Governor’s Mansion. Friday — John Fregonese will be the guest speaker at the Baton Rouge Black Chamber of Commerce’s monthly luncheon, which will be held at 11:30 a.m. in The Lincoln-II Building. Saturday — Head 2 Toe, “the ultimate day out for women,” will be held at Crowne Plaza. The show opens at 8:30 a.m. The event is produced by inRegister and 225 magazines.
