Tuesday — The Society for Emerging Networkers & Serial Entrepreneurs will hold a pitch night for local entrepreneurs from 6-8 p.m. at the Lyceum downtown. Panelists include David Crais, an international technology entrepreneur, and Eiad Asbahi, an investment manager. For more details, go to sensebr.org.

Wednesday — The BRAC and SCORE Small Business Education Series will continue with a session from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Holiday Inn South. The seminar, “Applying the Tools of Marketing to Today’s Business,” will cover such topics as the basics of a marketing strategy and developing a message. Panelists include David Day with the Day Group, Gerald Garrison with Garrison Advertising, and Bret Pinson from Pinson & Associates. Sept. 7 — The Baton Rouge Bar Association will host its annual Law Expo at the Baton Rouge River Center from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event allows local business owners to meet with lawyers. For more details, click here.
