Tuesday: Bob Reid, spokesman for the Tea Party of Louisiana, will unveil the Chamber of Commerce of East Baton Rouge Parish’s scorecard on the 2014 session of the Louisiana Legislature at the group’s monthly meeting. The event begins with a reception at 11:30 a.m., followed by the presentation and lunch at noon. It will be held at Café Américain, 7521 Jefferson Hwy. Lunch is $15. Thursday: The Southern University Law Center and Kean Miller present The Louisiana Diversity Forum, a platform for distinguished guest speakers to provide their insights and ideas on topics related to diversity and inclusion. Friday: In honor of Halloween, Creative Louisiana welcomes members of the CFX team to its monthly meeting for a behind-the-scenes look at how some of the Baton Rouge company’s masks and other special effects products are made. The company was recently tapped to produce silicone masks for popular HBO series Game of Thrones. The meeting kicks off at 8:30 a.m. at the Louisiana Art & Science Museum, 100 River Road. The presentation begins at 9 a.m. and will wrap up by 10 a.m. There is no charge.
