NEW IBERIA [AP] — New Iberia-based Bruce Foods is adding 11,000 square feet to its plant in Wilson, N.C., which will use a renewable energy system that burns methane produced by plant waste.
The company says the move will increase production capacity and employment.
Privately owned Bruce Foods has 1,200 employees, four plants in the United States and an affiliate plant in the Netherlands.
